Effects of Traffic Jam in My Everyday Life

Bangladesh's capital, Dhaka City, is famous for its horrific traffic congestion. In my everyday life I have to deal with traffic jam that creates terrible problems.

It gives me stress and frustration because of long hours of waiting for traffic jam. Loud honking, pollution and being surrounded by traffic can cause anxiety and stress, lead to a negative impact on mental health. The traffic jam in Dhaka City causes severe air pollution, which can lead people to respiratory diseases such as asthma and bronchitis.

The traffic jam in Dhaka City can cause significant delays in reaching destination. This can result in missed appointments, late arrivals at work, and other consequences. Sometimes I miss my class because of traffic jam.

The traffic jam in Dhaka City can have a significant economic impact. The time and fuel wasted in traffic congestion can lead to increased transportation costs for goods and services, which can ultimately increase the price of goods.

Sitting in traffic for long hours can also have negative health effects. It gives me as back pain, muscle tension, and headaches every time I go to road.

Traffic jam in Dhaka City can also increase the likelihood of road accidents. Drivers become frustrated and impatient, leading to aggressive driving and risky maneuvers. The dense traffic and narrow roads also increase the likelihood of collisions.

The traffic jam in Dhaka City is a serious problem that poses a range of hazards to the city's residents, including air pollution, time wastage, economic loss, road accidents, and negative health effects.
